As a Service Consultant you'll play a critical role in making this happen, by supporting new and existing customers over the phone with general enquires and educating them on our range of products & digital and self-service channels.


Experience or qualifications in banking aren't required to be great in this role - we'll teach you everything you need to know about banking through our comprehensive training program.

Role Details


Start Date:
Monday 20th March, 2023


Shifts:
Variety of shifts available, all include one weekend day


Hours:

Start between 09.00am pm and finishing between 5:00pm and 8:00pm on weekdays & Starting between 08:00am-10:00am on weekends, working 7.5 hours per day (5 days per week), 37.5 hours per week.

(Please note there are no part-time or daytime/standard business hours shifts)


Training:

Initial 6 weeks of full-time training from start date, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm before moving into normal hours and days of work for approximately two months.

Following this and additional 2 weeks of full-time training, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. You must be able to commit to all classroom learning to be considered.

What will your day look like

Connect with customers and provide outstanding service to help them grow and succeed
Provide expertise on products and services
Troubleshoot any issues customers may have e.g. technical issues
Work in a fast-paced environment managing a high volume of calls per day across multiple systems and channels
What will make you great in this role?

Being customer-focused to the core, with great phone manner and clear communication style
Being keen to learn the fundamentals of banking and to build a new career
Previous customer service experience especially if it involves dealing with customers
Excellent time management, proficient with utilising multiple systems and technology,
Attention to detail and keen eye for accuracy
