Are you a motivated and enthusiastic registered mental health nurse seeking a new opportunity? Look no further We have a fantastic opening for you to join our client's integrated multi-disciplinary team in their public hospital.

The Role

As a valued member of this experienced team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to tangata whaiora family/whanau seeking mental health and addiction services.

Your responsibilities will include conducting mental health assessments, risk assessments, and care planning. Additionally, you will actively participate in the MDT and contribute to ongoing service improvement.

Your Skills & Experience

Our ideal candidate is skilled in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing risk management plans. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate with various professionals autonomously and within the MDT. Your ability to coordinate and prioritise treatment needs will be highly valued.

You must be registered with the New Zealand Nursing Council.
