MSocial Hotel Auckland, a renowned and vibrant hotel situated in the heart of Auckland, is seeking an experienced
Maintenance Supervisor to join team.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our hotel's infrastructure, systems and equipment.

You will need to demonstrate you can handle general maintenance of hotel rooms, public areas and gardens, including painting, plastering, gibb stopping and joinery to a good standard.

It's preferable you have a mechanical or electrical trade and have worked in a role where you've been responsible for overseeing property grounds and performing preventative maintenance in the past.

You must be flexible for shifts that include weekends and public holidays if required and love interacting with customers as much as you enjoy the physical aspect of work.

In this role you will attend to work orders, perform daily inspections and maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and respond quickly to guest requests as they arise.

It goes without saying that you have a good knowledge of tools and techniques relating to hotel maintenance.

We will look after you with full time 40 hours per week, a friendly team and the change to be part of one of NZ's leading hotel brands.$29-31ph.
