Just Cuts Takanini is looking for a highly motivated
Senior Hairdresser plus a
Manager/Team Leader to drive our new salon to success. This is an amazing opportunity to grow your career in a professional and well-known Australian franchise.

We are
opening a BRAND NEW SALON in Takanini, which is a
southern suburb of Auckland in NZ, just 28 kms south east of Auckland, CBD.

At Just Cuts we perform style cutting, shampoos, dry offs and blow waves. Plus, we have our own retail brand, JUSTICE Professional, sold exclusively in all our salons.

In your role as Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Salon.

Working in a chemical free, busy, fun and professional environment, you will enjoy the opportunity to work with a great team.

External Team Leader training will be provided to enhance your management and leadership skills.

If you are looking for a rewarding challenge and are an experienced and fully qualified hairdresser, then this could be the perfect position for you.

More About You:

• Great communication skills
• Works well in a team environment and able to delegate (Manager)
• Ability to drive the team to reach salon KPI's
• Competent and confident in all aspects of hairdressing, particularly in cutting and restyles
• Able to work in a fastpaced environment
