For this position, candidate have ability to maintain and establish high standard of patient focused care. They must be registered as a senior nurse and have a current post graduate qualification. Qualifications for Associate Charge Nurse Manager:
Candidate must have valid and current nursing certificate.
It must have ability to provide comprehensive understanding of nursing principles, leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills.
It must have capacity to motivate and mentor staff.
Proficiency in clinical nursing skills relevant to the speciality areas.
Responsibilities for Associate Charge Nurse Manager:
Candidate is responsible for providing leadership and direction to nursing staff within the gastroenterology service.
It have ability to work within a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patients care.
It has ability to supervise nursing staff.
