Description

Our Receptionists play a pivotal role to our success - they are the glue that holds the building together and keep our people connected.

Due to internal promotion, there is an opportunity to join our Facilities team as a Receptionist and Facilities Support. This is a fast-paced and busy role where you are the eye to the way our office functions.

You'll be part of the wider People and Performance team and will have exposure to the many exciting projects that Mercury embarks on.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming calls, welcoming visitors and providing administrative support
  • Providing building access passes for visitors and ensuring they follow security protocols
  • Managing and allocating carparks, ebikes and carpool bookings
  • Managing security access systems
  • Assisting Facilities Manager with issues, repairs and maintenance at Broadway
  • Assisting in coordinating any office communications to the business as and when required
  • Organising catering for events/functions
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects as required.

We're looking for:


  • A confident communicator with previous customer service experience
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Avid learner with the ability to adapt to change
