Konnect-Koncepts is a growing outsourced HR, Recruitment and Payroll service provider.
We are seeking expressions of interest from Human Resource, Recruitment and Payroll professionals who thrive on building strong relationships, developing innovative solutions and providing quality advice.
- Our head office is in Albany, but we deliver our services remotely using our tailored recruitment software and Human Resource processes. We can offer a flexible working environment in a fun and friendly team and with an exciting mix of clients, you will find it a varied and challenging role where no one day is the same
Your Career at Konnect-Koncepts. - At least two years of experience in a customerfacing role.
- A background in recruitment or HR is preferred, but not essential.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and ICTbased communication skills.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, & managing numerous activities.
- Quick learner able to adopt new systems and tools with ease.
- Ideally, sound knowledge of employment/labour laws within New Zealand, best practices.
