Join a
dynamic team dedicated to ensuring patient safety and promoting infection
prevention and control within our healthcare organization. We are seeking a
highly skilled and motivated individual to serve as the Personal Assistant to
our Nursing Director in the Infection Prevention & Control Service.
As a key
member of the Infection Prevention & Control Service, you will work closely
with the Nursing Director to coordinate administrative tasks, manage
communications, support quality management initiatives, and foster effective
relationships with stakeholders. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the
smooth operation of the IPC Service and contributing to the organization's
mission of providing safe healthcare environments.
As
part of the Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Claim settlement this role
has been mapped to National Band 5/Profile 5

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily,
achieving business objectives.
- Manage the Nursing
- Handle communications,
internal and external partners.
- Liaise with accounts
- Monitor and order IPC
- Produce reports,
- Assist with new staff
processes.
- Maintain
- Display critical
management.
- Coordinate IPC Service
- Maintain
SharePoint site of IPC policy documents.
- Build and sustain
- Ensure IPC team members
- Coordinate
- Act as a frontline
