What does the job look like?

Utilise your extensive recruitment experience in this hands on, TA Team Leader role, responsible for recruitment across NZ. If you enjoy recruiting a diverse range of roles and want to lead a small TA team, then an exciting opportunity awaits

You will support and advise hiring managers across New Zealand and also recruit some positions for Australia. Additionally, you will lead and guide a small recruitment team.


Key areas:

  • Leading and managing a team
  • Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives
  • Consult with hiring managers to identify talent needs and to implement effective sourcing strategies

You are driven by quality, enjoy managing the end-to-end recruitment process and leading a team


You can demonstrate:

  • Proven recruitment experience gained in an Inhouse TA role
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Attention to detail
  • You can prioritise and problem solve in a fastpaced environment, plus manage the expectations of Hiring Managers
  • Have led or mentored a recruitment team
