    As we continue to grow we are seeking two reliable Seafood Processing Workers specializing in Fish Maw processing.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and processing fish maw to meet the quality standards of our company.

    You will be required to work at our factory in Auckland.
    You will work in a fast-paced production environment ensuring efficient and accurate processing of fish maw products.

    Attention to detail adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for this role.


    Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    Receive inspect and sort fish maw according to quality standards and specifications.
    Clean wash and remove impurities from fish maw.
    Prepare fish maw for processing including trimming cutting and shaping as required.
    Operate processing equipment and machinery to carry out specific tasks such as drying steaming and boiling fish maw.
    Monitor and adjust processing parameters such as temperature and humidity to ensure optimal product quality.
    Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols during processing activities.

    Perform quality control checks at various stages of the processing to identify and remove any defective or substandard fish maw.

    Package processed fish maw appropriately ensuring proper labeling and storage.
    Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of processing areas equipment and tools.
    Report any equipment malfunctions safety hazards or quality issues to supervisors.
    Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
    Comply with all health safety and hygiene regulations.


    Successful candidates must have:
    Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
    Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
    Good teamwork and communication skills.
    Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in a food processing environment.
