Reporting to the Group HSE Manager in Australia, the New Zealand HSE Manager is a key member of the New Zealand Senior Leadership Team and will be instrumental in shaping, developing, implementing and managing health, safety and environmental protocols for the entire New Zealand organisation.

This will include cultivating a quality Health & Safety culture throughout the company by building effective relationships and implementing structured stakeholder consultation and training.

Your highly developed communication skills and ability to work as part of a senior management team will add further to your success.

You will bring to this position proven HSE experience in system development and delivery. Tertiary qualifications in HSE or equivalent experience in a similar position will be well regarded. Please note regular travel within New Zealand and occasional travel to Australia is a key requirement of this role.
