Reporting directly to the EMEA Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading new business initiatives.Who you are?
You are a motivated, accomplished sales professional with over 7 years of experience, boasting a proven track record of successfully expanding territories, ideally within the HCM (Human Capital Management) sector.
Your insatiable curiosity leads you to uncover the core drivers of prospects and clients, while your collaborative nature and problem-solving skills make you valuable to any team.
As a natural networker, you excel at building meaningful relationships and articulatingHumanforce's value and story to key customers and partners within your territory. Your ability to navigate internal dynamics and work cross-functionally enables you to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
With keen attention to detail and robust analytical skills, you adeptly manage complex sales processes and identify opportunities for growth.
Your primary objective in this role is to cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities and confidently guide them through every stage of the sales cycle, driving amazing customer outcomes and impactful results for HumanforceWhat will you do?
You will play a pivotal role in the support and deliver the sales strategy of your territories' go to market plan
Leverage your business savvy and commercial expertise to cultivate and nurture a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, driving us toward our annual sales targets and propelling the company toward its ambitious growth aspirations.
You will grasp the metrics for your territory and use these to make data-driven, informed decisionsYou will ensure the timely & accurate updating of Sugar and the provision of Sales Reporting to monitor pipeline progression and support financial forecasting
Be an advocate for sales excellence across the business
Responsibilities?
Identify and build a pipeline of potential customers
Drive outreach and engagement through hit lists of potential clients and execute outreach campaigns using various communication methods, including cold calling, attending events, email marketing, and social media engagement.
Stakeholder engagement - establish relationships and negotiate with key stakeholders and decision makers to close deals effectively.Effectively communicate and articulate the value of Humanforce solution, aligning them with the business objectives and interests of the potential customer
Adhere to internal processes and guidelines to ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulatory and cultural requirements.
