MAIN TASKS
- Direct, Oversee, and manage café daily operations.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the whole café's activities.
- Suggest changes to operating standards to improve the efficiency of work.
- Increase occupancy and profitability and promote cafe services and amenities through upselling strategies.
- Proactive management of customer feedback and complaints ensuring positive resolutions for the customers.
- Receive and process payments.
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
- Responsible for making coffee and other hot / cold beverages.
- Keeping the café clean and helping with general cleaning around the café and facilities area.
- Responsible for health and safety procedures in the café.
