We have an opportunity for an inspirational Manager to progress their retail career within our Stewart Dawsons Albany store.

This is a hands-on role where you will have responsibility for the daily operation of the store and leadership of the team.

The successful candidate will be a top performer with the ability to lead, motivate and help develop this enthusiastic team.

The role:
Responsibility for the daily operation of the store
Leading our small team
Providing quality sales and customer service, going the extra mile
Achieve store and personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction
Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing "can-do" attitude
Coach and guide, communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture

About you:
You will be energetic and enthusiastic - a real "people" person
You will have an eye and the skill for merchandising
You will be professionally presented, well-spoken and experienced in staff supervision
Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer interactions
Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store
New Zealand citizenship/residency or current NZ work permit
