About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join Ernest Rutherford Retirement Village Nelson, as a Caregiver in our Coverpool roster.
This role involves being available to cover AM, PM and Night shifts with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
This may include weekend days and public holidays.In this role you will:
- Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
- Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana or poppa
- Use the latest technology including our own purposebuilt care app myRyman
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment
