- Create visuals ready to send to customers for approval that should include mockups.
- Create files for printing cuting and fabrication.
- Manage Scheduling Calendar
- Implement and maintain Continuous Improvement (CI) principles.
- Updated Workflow system (Experience with Trello ideally)
- Co-ordinate and/or operate all equipment (ie: Wide Format printers laminator application table vinyl plotter following safe standard operating practices);
- Maintain inventory for all media substrate tools inks equipment and standard stock levels;
- Order materials as per company guidelines and process;
- Maintain operating equipment in good working order;
- Maintain tidy working environment;
- Maintain and promote safe working practices at all times;
- Assist with customer enquiries when required (including store walk-ins and phones);
- Promote and follow company Health & Safety processes
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement and efficiencies
- Set an example for all staff in work output attitude to safety communications with customers and care taken of company assets on and off the site.
- Any other duties as required from time to time by management
- At least 3 years of experience as graphic designer position.
- High level of competency in Adobe Creative Cloud in particular Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience in setting up files for printing contour-cutting laser and CNC cutting.
- Previous experience in printing a must.
- High level of attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
