    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our company's marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various marketing channels, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to achieving marketing objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    Social Media Management:

  • Proficient with Instagram, Facebook & Linkedin.
  • Create engaging posts using Canva and schedule them using HubSpot.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Respond to comments and messages within 24 hours, fostering engagement with our audience.
  • Monitor social media analytics and adjust the strategy accordingly.

    Email Marketing:
  • Plan and execute internal email marketing campaigns to customers.
  • Send weekly marketing emails to leads in various stages of the pipeline.
  • Regularly review email performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.

    Reporting:
  • Track and measure marketing effectiveness and ROI using various tools and resources.
  • Prepare and present reports.

    Website Management:
  • Use WordPress to maintain, update, and improve the company website.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement website improvements and updates.

    Event Coordination:
  • Organise and attend events and tradeshows.
  • Report on ROI of event's lead generation.

    Knowledge Base:
  • Keep customers updated and the knowledge base current and accessible.
  • Create help articles, videos, and in-app notifications for new releases and issues/outages.
  • Communicate transparently with customers during service disruptions, providing timely updates and solutions.

    The ideal candidate:
  • You will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (not required, but desirable).
  • You will have proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and website maintenance (required).
  • You will be familiar with tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, and Intercom (not required, but desirable).
  • You will have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions (required).
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required).
  • You will pay attention to detail and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (required).
  • You will have a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects.
