A day in the life of the role:

As an EHS Advisor, you'll take the lead in conducting and facilitating risk assessments or reviews, including those integral to the Management of Change (MOC) process.

Your role involves supporting various projects and initiatives while coordinating injury management on-site. You'll be responsible for collating data and reporting on trends, as well as actively participating in worker engagement forums.

Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in delivering training sessions, ensuring that our team remains well-equipped and informed to uphold safety standards effectively.

You will be based at out Henderson site in West Auckland.

What will you bring:
Preferably tertiary qualified with Health and Safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present logical arguments persuasively.

Proficient in conducting root cause analysis and utilizing analytical skills, including familiarity with systems such as Damstra, Vault, and databases.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Confidence in interacting with medical professionals, providers/contractors, and regulators, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.
