    Job Description

    Concentrix Australia, a global leader in Customer Experience Solutions, is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Analyst. This position reports to the global CTI Leader, working through the Cybersecurity Director within Concentrix Global Security.

    This is an individual contributor role with responsibilities that will be focused on all source cyber threat intelligence support to Concentrix network security. As a CTI Analyst, you will be responsible to collect, analyse, evaluate, integrate, and disseminate relevant cyber threat intelligence information, seeking to identify emerging threats proactively. You will support section and team process development, establishment, refinement and documentation.

    This role may require providing mentorship, training, and guidance to peers or seniors in your area of subject matter expertise across all sections within Global Security. This role will collaborate and align closely with Cyber Defense, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response teams to enhance prevention, detection, response, and remediation capabilities.

    Surge operations necessitating extended working hours will occur and limited periodic travel may be required.

    Job Description:

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    • Review, assess, and concisely report a daily summarisation of all-source cyber threat.intelligence to Global Security with the goal of providing proactive cyber threat warning.
    • Provided cyber threat landscape products to inform security assessment or cyber defensive resource allocation.
    • Must be capable of performing persona, physical and logical layer link analysis techniques.
    • Assess most likely and most dangerous cyber threat group courses of action.
    • Must understand and employ information technology (IT), network, and computer terminology effectively to communicate clearly within network security and IT organisations.
    • Must be able to apply data classification marking and dissemination restrictions effectively.
    • Interacts and participates in collaboration with the global threat intelligence community through multiple partnerships and organisations.

    Your background

    • 7+ years of experience working as an Analyst in one of the following disciplines.
    • All Source Intelligence, SIGINT, HUMINT or Cybersecurity.
    • Previous experience as a cyber intelligence analyst necessary.
    • Prior experience in the military, intelligence community, government and/or law enforcement preferred.
    • Higher-level clearances (NV2 and PV).
    • An understanding or proficiency in multiple languages not required but beneficial.
    • BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity OR Equivalent work experience.
    • At least one of the following certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, GSLC, GSTRT, GCTI, or CTIA, CEH.
    • Understanding of the Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK Framework
    • Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of cyber defence teams, security operations centres, and Blue Teams.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to concisely deliver information to executive leadership.
