Homecare Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and caring Homecare Assistants in Roscommon Town (within a 10km radius) to work in our clients' homes. A full driving licence is essential, as well as access to a car.

Homecare Workers Job Responsibilities

• To deliver a quality service, meeting each client's individual needs within a safe environment.
• To provide patient-centred care while assisting clients with personal care and social needs.
• To assist clients in all aspects of daily living.
• To perform light housework and meal preparation tasks.

Requirements for Homecare Workers

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or Pre-Nursing, or completion of Care Skills and Care for the Elderly modules.
• A full, valid driving licence is mandatory.
• A willingness to complete a Garda vetting form for MyHomecare.
• Desirable but not essential: previous experience working with individuals with disabilities.
