With a history of over 160 years in the Australian and New Zealand sugar industries, Wilmar Sugar Australia operations span the value chain from sugar cane growing, sugar manufacturing, refining, exporting, and marketing, to the production of renewable electricity, ethanol and sustainable agricultural products.

The Opportunity
We have the opportunity for an IT Support Team Lead to join our team based in Townsville, QLD. You would be responsible for the delivery of IT Support and BAU activities for Wilmar and Goodman Fielder.

Key Responsibilities:
Become an integral member of the ANZ IT function and make a strong contribution to a high-performing IT team and team culture within ANZ IT
Lead a team to provide a combination of technical and customer service skills
Support Wilmar's collaboration systems and how they align with user and business needs and the delivery of technical services to the Wilmar ANZ Workplace
Work closely with vendor partners, ANZ IT team members and service users to ensure IT services defined by statements of work and service level agreements are met

What you need:
Experienced in End User Computing technology and methodologies
Experience in customer-focused, geographically dispersed, commercial organisations with diverse operations
Expertise in EUC hardware and Software within complex technical environments (Windows, Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, VMWare, Citrix, cloud-based solutions) is essential
Leadership Experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
A passion for problem-solving with strong attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset
To be based in Townsville with legal working rights within Australia
