The Role

As a licensed Service Technician, you will become a crucial part of our mission to deliver exceptional service, cementing customers in trust the brand.

Your duties will encompass planned and reactive maintenance, product installations, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You bring electrical and service skills, along with a commitment to achieving organisational targets with a proven track record as a successful technician.

Your strong customer focus, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills make you adept at collaborating with clients and colleagues. Your proficiency in electrical and mechanical fault finding showcases your dedication to effective problem-solving, contributing to a smooth workflow.


Essentials -

  • Must hold a current
    Electrical Service Technician (EST) or
    Electrical Appliance Serviceperson (EAS) electrical license
  • Current and valid full New Zealand driver's license
  • NZ residency or citizenship

Health and Safety -

  • Ensure all necessary certifications and licensing requirements are uptodate
  • Complete Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for all jobs
  • Keep all required inductions current

Service Van, Inventory and Administrative -

  • Maintain and stock the service van adequately
  • Keep the service vehicle clean and organised
  • Maintain a professional appearance in companyprovided uniform
  • Communicate work performed and charges clearly to customers
  • Deliver highquality service while keeping workspaces clean and tidy
  • Attend scheduled service jobs daily and accurately record customer information in ServiceMax
  • Identify potential customers for HydroCare or replacement units by submitting leads/estimates with all necessary details
