Description

Provide excellent customer service through customer engagement and product knowledge and advice.

Drive store sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and sales techniques.

Act as a role model to improve store staff capability in customer service and sales techniques.

Support the store staff with customer complaints, escalating complaints to the Store Manager if necessary.

Assist the Store Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store by communicating with internal departments on product supply, orders, delivery arrivals etc.

Periodically manage the store during times when the Store Manager is absent, for example leave and non-working days.

Assist the Store Manager with store budgets, financial records, cash and payment systems in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Assist with the upkeep and condition of all store equipment, fixtures and fabric.

Assist with the management and maintenance of the IT and other essential in-store systems.

Liaise with external agencies and authorities as necessary, including advertising, PR, recruitment, training, fire services, police, local council, health and safety inspectors.

At least 1-2 years retail experience. Applicant with previous retail management will be given preference.

Full training will be provided.

Salary:
$ $28.00 per hour
