    We seek a highly ambitious, self-motivated sales expert to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia while being an integral part of our team. While the role is remote, we also value face-to-face interactions and team synergy. As such, occasional travel to our Ocean Shores office will be required on an as-needed basis. This hybrid approach ensures a healthy balance between remote and in-person engagement, fostering both personal growth and team cohesion.
    To be successful in this role
    Minimum 3+ years of direct experience as an inbound phone salesperson (luxury products, b2C)
    Selfelf-motivated and have a proven successful track record of managing a high volume of leads
    Experience using CRMs, ideally Keap/Infusionsoft, and are confident in navigating multiple computer applications
    Understand how to build and maintain a pipeline and convert prospective clients, whilst being flexible and adaptive
    Can easily build rapport with a diverse audience, communicating with clarity, empathy and respect
    Have strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills and maintain your energy in a fast-paced environment
    Detail-oriented, process-driven, task focused and maintain accountability
    Strong goal-setter, a natural problem-solver, and an optimist and can think on your feet quickly
    Have a passion for educating and delivering health and wellbeing solutions to improve quality of life
    Have high levels of responsibility, a commitment to succeed and a desire to perform at your best
    Open to feedback, learning and continuous improvement
    A demonstrated interest in health and wellness is advantageous
