    Department Coordinator at Reserve Bank of New Zealand, Wellington

    Five weeks annual leave

    Support our Specialist Supervision and Enforcement & Resolution Directorates

    Based in Wellington

    Te tūranga - The role


    As the Department Coordinator you will provide administrative support and services for the Specialist Supervision and Enforcement & Resolution Directorates, including the directors, managers and their teams.

    Duties will include diary management, office management, travel and all other administrative activities as required. In this role you are supported by a matrix reporting relationship to the group Executive Assistant.


    There is also the opportunity to support projects within the directorate so a genuine interest in this area would be a good fit.

    You're an excellent communicator and able to manage multiple tasks at once. You understand the importance of organisation and are comfortable providing administrative support across a group.

    You are proactive in your approach, and you have a willingness to take personal responsibility for the quality of your work.


    You'll need to have:
    Experience in a Team Administrator, PA or office management role.

    Excellent communication & relationship building skills.

    Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

    Strong planning and organisational skills

    The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.

    The ability to be proactive and use initiative.

    Strong commitment to excellence, quality and continuous improvement.
