About the role
We are looking for bright and motivated sales reps and fundraisers to join us on the next part of our journey as we are currently expanding our New Zealand calling teams for 2024
Your ability to create conversation, build rapport and get people excited over the phone about making a difference will be the key to your success
Skills and experience
- Telefundraising and or sales experience highly regarded (not a must)_
- Great attitude
- Motivated, responsible and reliable
- Resilient with a willingness to learn
- Effective communicator, who can actively listen
- Confident phone manner, capable of asking for money
- Self-Motivated with a great work ethic
- Competent computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Duties of role
You will be responsible for making outbound telephone calls to the public, connecting the dots between our clients and their potential donors by selling the charities mission and values to inspire the public to make a difference, other duties include:
- Passionate delivery of call scripts as naturally as possible
- Achieve performance and effectiveness KPIs
- Implementation of ongoing coaching & development
- Proactively work with your Team Leader
- Be a team player

Calling Times:
Monday - Friday, Flexible Hours
Providing up to 38 hours per week

Pay:
$ $25.50 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
