About the role

Daifuku Oceania continues to experience rapid growth, with sustained demand for our software solutions in Airports, Warehouse and Courier logistics projects.

Based in our Auckland Head Office, your responsibilities will include to:

Use Microsoft technology and follow designated processes while sharing your creative ideas
Contribute to the definition of user stories and detailed design
Participate in driving the sprint planning, demo and retrospective
Develop and maintain consistent product architecture, proposing new features to align with user needs
Collaborate with engineers and developers to successfully deliver software product solutions, allowing you to put forward your ideas as well as work within clearly defined parameters.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

NET C#, REST API
Understanding of Agile methodology (SCRUM and Kanban)

Nice To Have:

Angular JS, Blazor, MSSQL, PowerBI
Understanding of the airport, manufacturing, logistics and warehousing industries

About You
Bringing your experience as a Software Developer, you'll be valued for your:

Being a collaborative team player
Problem solving. Experience in diagnosing errors and fault finding using appropriate tools
Backend experience working with refactored legacy systems
Software performance tuning and optimisation
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Ability to work alongside a diverse global team to achieve tailored outcomes for a range of stakeholders
Tertiary qualification with a focus on software development or relevant experience
Industrial or manufacturing background
