Registered Nurse - Southland - Mercy Hospital
Description
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oncology Nurse to join our Mercy Cancer Care team working at our new remote oncology clinic in Invercargill. In this role, you will work independently on-site while providing safe, effective and evidenced-based nursing care centred around excellent patient care.
This is a permanent role offered at 0.4FTE, reporting to and working closely with the Mercy Cancer Care team in Dunedin to support local chemotherapy delivery, reducing the need for patients to travel to Dunedin.
Specific duties include
Some travel to Mercy Cancer Care Dunedin will be required for orientation and ongoing training.
Please note, the hours of work for this vacancy do not meet the requirements for visa support.
Skills and Experience
To be eligible for employment at Mercy Hospital Dunedin, applicants will be required to provide vaccination history.
