Join Our Team as a Cafe Manager

Are you a passionate leader with a love for coffee and customer service? Come and join Café Green Fingers, which is a charming and cozy cafe located in Remuera, Auckland, known for our delicious coffee and welcoming atmosphere.

We are seeking a dedicated Cafe Manager to oversee our bustling cafe at Café Green Fingers.
This is a full time permanent position; you will work at least 30 hours per week.
We open 7 days from 8am-4pm, please be aware that you may be required to work on weekends.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management
Create and maintain a positive work environment for cafe staff
Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings that meet customer expectations
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner


Requirements:
At least 3 years relevant work experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry, or a bachelor or higher qualification in business management
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
