Job Title: Field Agent

We are seeking a skilled and driven Field Agent to join our team at Credit Corp. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously, making quick decisions, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
We require a Field Agent to service the Christchurch area up to Waipara and down to Timaru. As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for serving legal documents, interviewing defaulting customers face-to-face, and conducting the repossession of goods in relation to debt recovery and other matters. You will need to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and care while enjoying the freedom of travel and working independently within your designated region.

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve legal documents to customers
• Interview defaulting customers face-to-face
• Conduct the repossession of goods in relation to debt recovery and other matters
• Manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and care

Requirements:

• Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance
• Your own reliable, well-maintained vehicle, GPS, and mobile phone
• Current, clean drivers licence and the ability to pass an annual National Police check
• Proficiency in IT/Tablet and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
