About the role
My client is seeking a Project Manager to work with their residential and building clients construction projects across Greymouth.

This role will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard.

You'll also manage staff, finances and resources.
This is a role that could be suitable to a building or homes company project manager.
Key responsibilities of the role
Communication with architects, Clients, sub-contractors and Engineers,
Monitor project progress, documentation (including contracts, variation orders) and progress reports,
Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards,
Manage project budgets, finances and all projects are completed on time.
The successful candidate will have
At least three years of experience in Civil Construction Project Management,
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards,
Understanding of construction software and project management tools,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
