Senior HR Advisor

6 months (Fixed Term or Contract)
Auckland CBD

A great opportunity to expand your HR experience within a large, complex environment. We have a Senior HR Advisor role for 6 months either Fixed Term or Contract located in Auckland CBD.

This role will be responsible for collaborating with Business Partners by providing advice and support to People Leaders on HR and ER matters.

Will also be responsible for engaging with unions, maintaining information on HR systems and supporting various change initiatives and HR projects.

Day to day you could expect to work on:

HR advisory
Coaching managers
Enhancing HR practices, policies and procedures
Change management
Workforce planning
ER
Health and safety
HR projects

This role is perfect for someone who has a strong understanding of NZ employment law, has experience mentoring and coaching managers and can work with mínimal guidance but is a strong team player.
