    We are now seeking an ambitious and driven National Sales Manager for Scotland to work closely with the UK Sales Director to deliver on our ambitious strategic plan for the Scottish region.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales leader to take ownership of a key region and drive the next stage of growth and development.


    The Opportunity:


    Reporting directly to the UK Sales Director, you will have full responsibility for the Scottish region that has been enjoying strong growth for a number of years.

    You will manage an established customer base, as well as growing the ROBUS brand with targeted Electrical Wholesalers, Specifiers and Electrical Contractors across the region.

    You will have strong existing relationships within the Electrical Industry in Scotland and be excited about leading an important national region within a dynamic organisation.

    You will enjoy developing and growing relationships with our large customers and be able to utilise your creativity, knowledge and sales experience to provide innovative ideas to grow our business and continually exceed our customers' expectations.

    The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and management skills necessary to lead high performing teams.

    This is a field-based role across Scotland and the surrounding Islands therefore, you must possess a full driving license and reside in Scotland.


    Responsibilities:
    Development and delivery of the sale plans for the region.
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    Lead the Scotland sales team to achieve sales targets.
    Establish productive and professional relationships with key customers.
    Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
    Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
    Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
    Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
    Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
    Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
    Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

    Requirements:
    Proven work experience as a National/Regional sales manager.
    Experience managing a high-performance sales team.
    Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
    Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
    Strong communication and team leadership skills.
    Analytical skills and an ability to problem-solve.
    Availability to travel as needed.
