Crusader Meats an innovative export meat processing company seeks a Boning Supervisor for our Benneydale plant 45 kms south east of Te Kuiti.

This position is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take a step into a production management career within the meat industry.

This integral role is responsible for leading the Boning Room team to achieve required processing outcomes meet health and safety obligations maintain consistent quality standards and instill a culture to meet these responsibilities.

Key attributes we are seeking for this role include:

Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferably ovine in the meat industry is essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Dedication motivation and focus on continuous improvement
Ability to think outside the square
A proactive professional and positive attitude
Good computer skills
Excellent time management
Ability to motivate self and others and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
