About the role

As a Trade Sales Support team member, you will work alongside our account managers and wider team to service our trade customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable New Zealand Leading Market Company and work with a collaborative and supportive team where you will be given every opportunity to develop your career, all whilst having fun along the way.

Fulfil customer orders, correctly and resolve any issues quickly.
Coordinate with transport providers to organise timely delivery to customers.
Organise buyins and follow up on backorders to make sure nothing is missed.
Provide topnotch customer service by identifying the right products efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation.

About you

Accuracy and efficiency.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Previous experience working in customer service or a sales environment.
Building industry knowledge is advantageous.
