We seek enthusiastic and engaging customer services reps to join our Student Hubs and Client Services teams as
Student Hubs Assistants.

Our team is the physical front door to the University, and we are responsible for providing high-quality, customer-focused services to our students, enabling them to successfully navigate critical steps of the student journey.

Hours and Locations:
For
permanent roles, we have the following shift patterns available:
- A. City hours per week
- Mon 4pm-10pm, Wed 2pm-10pm, Friday 8am-3pm
- B. City hours per week
- Mon/Wed/Thurs 8am 2pm, Sat/Sun 9am3pm
- C. City 16 hours per week
- Tues 4.30pm 10pm, Wed/ Thurs 12pm
- 6pm
- D. Grafton 22 hours per week
- Tues/Weds/Thurs 8am2pm, Fri 2pm8pm
fixed-term roles, we have the following shift patterns available:
- E. City hours per week
- Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
- F. 3x City hours per week
- Mon-Fri 10am6pm
- G. City hours per week
- Mon-Fri 10am6pm
Start date and training:
Contracts commence from the beginning of October 2023, with fixed term contracts ending at the end of March 2024.
On-the-job paid training will be provided in the first two weeks of October, and completion of all training modules is required.
Pay rate:
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23.01 to $25.32 per hour.

As we are a large and complex organisation, relevant experience in the tertiary sector will be considered favourably but not essential.
