To be considering suitable for this position, you must match the following requirement.

Have at least one year of relevant experience in authentic Chinese food in a commercial kitchen;
Have a good sound knowledge of Chinese cuisine/pastry recipes;
Understand various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures;
Be able to introduce and design new dishes and be dedicated to controlling food quality;
Have a solid understanding of health & safety regulations, as well as food handling;
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication skills and team spirit;
Must be able to handle in a busy kitchen and work under stress.

You will be given at least 30 hours work per week.

Must be able work late nights, weekends and split shifts throughout weekly.

Be available work on public holidays;
Pay range between $25-$30 per hour depending on experience and qualification
