This is a perfect role for a HR Advisor who is looking for career growth or for a Senior HR Advisor.

This is a sole charge role within a professional services environment located in Auckland CBD.


This role will be responsible for the full HR function for the New Zealand business including recruitment, onboarding, ER, H&S, L&D, performance management, remuneration, payroll and HR analytics and reporting.


Day to day you could expect to work on:

  • HR advisory
  • Coaching managers
  • HR practices, policies and procedures
  • ER
  • Change management
  • Health and safety


This role is perfect for someone who has a strong understanding of NZ employment law, has experience providing HR advice to the broader business and mentoring and coaching managers and who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
