    The Role:


    As a SharePoint Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in creating tailored SharePoint solutions to meet the specific needs of our company.

    This position requires expertise in configuring and customizing SharePoint systems, building scalable web applications, and proficiently utilizing front-end programming languages.

    The successful candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, extensive knowledge of SharePoint and MS Office software, and the ability to deliver clean, scalable SharePoint websites aligned with company design and functionality requirements.


    Capabilities:
    Configure SharePoint systems to meet company specifications.
    Customize SharePoint solutions according to defined requirements.
    Develop new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.
    Design, code, and implement scalable applications to enhance SharePoint functionality.
    Extend SharePoint capabilities with the integration of forms, web parts, and application technologies.
    Conduct thorough testing and debugging of code to ensure software reliability.
    Identify and resolve software issues, maintaining a stable and efficient SharePoint environment.
    Provide comprehensive systems training to staff and customers.
    Document configurations, processes, and best practices for future reference.
    Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
    MOSS or WSS certification.
    3 years of experience as a SharePoint developer.

    Results:
    Collaborate with the design team to review and understand website and application requirements.
    Set and achieve development goals to ensure the successful implementation of SharePoint solutions.
    Build clean and scalable applications that align with company design and functionality requirements.
    Successfully extend SharePoint functionality with the integration of forms, web parts, and application technologies.
    Ensure the stability and reliability of software through thorough testing and debugging.
    Quickly and effectively troubleshoot and resolve software issues to maintain a stable SharePoint environment.
    Regularly maintain and update SharePoint applications to keep them current and aligned with evolving business needs.
    Provide comprehensive systems training to staff and customers, ensuring effective utilization of SharePoint solutions.
    Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices for future reference.
