    The Learning & Development Facilitator reports to the Delivery Team Leader and is responsible for the facilitation of training, supporting the transference of learning into the workplace and assessing the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing at Level, 2, 3 and 4 as per your scope.

    You will be involved in delivering planned training and workshops when required, while working with managers to provide advice and ensure the training runs smoothly and the attendees participate in the learning experience, this means you will need to be able to work proactively with the managers and Areas to ensure they are aware of the requirements and promote the activities of Learning & Development.

    Delivery methods include face to face and MS Teams.
    This position will also include supporting staff to gain and maintain certification in Safety Intervention (MAPA) training. A vehicle is provided as this will involve some overnight travel.
    Proven expertise as a facilitator in a learning and development setting.
    Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    Track record of successfully delivering blended learning programs.
    Familiarity with the disability sector environment.
    Proficient understanding of NZQA qualifications frameworks and the Vocational Education landscape.
    Skilled in utilising learning management systems and other electronic platforms.
    Qualification at level 4 or above in a health and wellbeing or related field
    Possession of a valid NZ driver's license.
    Flexibility for nationwide travel and overnight stays at various locations.
    Preferred certification in adult learning or a related field.
    Ideally you would be registration as a REAL Assessor with Level 2, 3, and 4 scope.
    Additional experience as a CPI instructor in Safety Intervention or MAPA (not mandatory but advantageous).
