Our Online Click and Collect Department are currently recruiting to fill a supervisor's position.

In this role you will need to be able to build a good relationship with customers and team, and be able to focus and think clearly under pressure.

To be successful in this role:

Highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable.
Actively sets, monitors and maintains consistently high standards of customer service.
Be physically fit, and able to lift up to 20kgs.
Upholds our store vision, mission and values as well as customer promises.
Follow Health and Safety Policy, Food Safety Policy and compliance procedures in the store.
Effectively communicate to team, and customers, and also external clients.

This role will be included but is not limited too**:

Picking online Orders and Locker Loading.
Dealing with customer complaints and issues.
Building rapport with our customers and team.
Following all cleaning procedures and undertaking additional housekeeping as required.
Assisting in other areas of the store as required.
Being the leader of the team when the manager or 2IC are not there.

This position will be approximately 30-40 Hours per week, and will include 1x weekend day, and a mix of early starts, or later finishes.
