    About the Role

    We are looking for a talented Health and Safety Advisor or graduate to co-ordinate Health and Safety at our Auckland branches.

    You will help drive our safety culture forward by implementing robust strategies across our operations, building on well-established frameworks and driving positive change.

    You will influence a strong culture driving the implementation of efficient safety systems, risk management and proactive coaching to ensure our people are safe and we meet all WHS requirements.

    About you

    The perfect fit for this role will have:2-3 years of experience in Workplace Health & Safety is highly desirable, but not mandatory.

    A relevant qualification in health & safety or related field is preferred but not mandatory
    Highly effective influencing and engagement skills at all levels within organisations
    Ability to provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of health, safety and wellbeing
    Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, build trust, rapport with diverse range of stakeholders to achieve results
