Cafe Assistant


Day Shift 6:00am - 2:30pm

About the Role
We have a new opportunity for a first-class hospitality superstar to join our cafeteria team. Our cafeterias are vital to the culture and lifestyle at F&P Healthcare.

Alongside weekday meal services for over 4000 employees, our six cafes also provide catering and service for corporate functions, meetings, and events across the East Tamaki site.

This role is predominately Front of House customer service; washing dishes and general cleaning duties. There will also be basic prep work in the kitchen assisting the chefs. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and progress your career at F&P.


Skills and Experience

  • Barista Experience an advantage
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Have a passion for hospitality
  • Proven time management and cash handling skills
  • Selfmotivated, honest and being experienced in a café or restaurant setting
