About Us:

Metlifecare Care Suites will offer premium accommodation within our residents own living spaces. They are designed to provide peace of mind with customised clinical care and support on-site. You will be a part of the awesome clinical team supporting this new type of accommodation for our residents.


We are so excited to announce our brand-new Care Suites at The Poynton, Takapuna are scheduled to open September this year, so we are now seeking Registered Nurses to join our team.

We will have a variety of permanent shifts available.


We offer top hourly rates and allowances, plus a retention bonus and great staff benefits such as paid 'wellness' days and your birthday off, as well as an amazing team to work in As an Accredited employer we can provide visa support if required.

Some of the great things you will be doing:

  • Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care
  • Effective communication and clinical problemsolving skills
  • Work collaboratively with other team members
  • Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families
  • Provide compassionate and highlevel care

About you
You pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person


You also have:

  • Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate
  • Strong nursing experience, aged care even better
  • InterRai qualified is desirable
  • Up to date knowledge of wound care management
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills
  • You are also a team player with a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment.
