    We are looking for an experienced motorbike mechanic to join our team in Coromandel Peninsula, able to diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcycles at a high standard.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced motorbike mechanic to join our team for our new business in the Coromandel Peninsula.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of motorcycles. Duties include conducting inspections, performing tune-ups, and using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues. The successful candidate will have a passion for motorcycles and a strong mechanical aptitude.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and other issues with motorcycles
    Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake adjustments
    Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify problems accurately
    Replace worn or damaged parts and ensure correct installation
    Test repairs to ensure quality and safety
    Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
    Communicate with customers on a daily basis

    Key Qualifications:
    Minimum 3 years of experience as a motorbike mechanic
    Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various types of motorcycles
    Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
    Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
    Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
    Must be of good character
    Must have the right to work in NZ
    Must know how to drive

    Requirements:
    At least 3 years of recent workshop experience as a Motorcycle Bike Mechanic. Had an experience working overseas with the same role or almost similar. Good English communication skill. Willing to undergo pre-employment drug testing and random drug testing throughout the duration of employment.

    Other key attributes and skills include:
    A clean drivers license
    Ability to communicate at all levels with staff and customers
    Ability to work unsupervised
    A reliable and honest work ethic
