About The Role

Develop and maintain processes and systems to support the administration of programmes and related items to meet requirements of users and customers.

You will also build internal relationships within the Primary ITO and external relationships with Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) and New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) so that the smooth operation of the organisation as it relates to programmes is maintained.

Duties and responsibilities:

Administers the programme, standards, resources, and pricing master data within our Trainee Management System (TMS) to ensure academic records are compliant with NZQA and TEC requirements
Assist to identify changes and potential risks to programme portfolios
Set business priorities to meet sector programme requirements.
Provides administrative, resource and product support as required to the implementation of new products.
Develop processes to improve consistency and efficiency across the organisation.
Undertake and assist with special projects and other tasks as required

This is a permanent full-time position based in our Christchurch office.

Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of CRM databases
Sound experience with Microsoft 365, including data entry
Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret available information
Broad and insightful thinking to see "the big picture"
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail with pride and responsibility in your outcomes
Excellent communication, both written and verbally, and relationship building skills

Knowledge about the education sector is advantageous, but this can be learned on the job with the right attitude.
