Key Responsibilities:


Including but not limited to:


  • Invoicing of vehicles and related administration, including stocking in of vehicles
  • Reconcilitaion of Sold Vehicles, working closely with the Business Managers and Delivery team to ensure, all paperwork is accurate and meets industry standards.
  • Accounts Payable, end to end process
  • General Ledger Accounts reconciliations
  • Running daily errands to various suppliers in the local vicinity.
  • Provide exceptional customer services to internal & external clients.
  • Ensure that daily tasks are performed in a seamless and efficient manner.

The Skills required

  • Previous experience in a fast paced customer focused environment
  • Ability to be flexible and work to tight deadlines
  • Have strong work ethic and an eye for detail
  • Familiar at operating all MS Office to an advanced level
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and a proactive approach to achieving objectives
  • Be a champion of accountability
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to foster and develop strong personal relationships.
  • Selfmotivated with a willingness to learn.
  • Team Player, actively looking to support the team in every aspect.
