Key Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

Invoicing of vehicles and related administration, including stocking in of vehicles
Reconcilitaion of Sold Vehicles, working closely with the Business Managers and Delivery team to ensure, all paperwork is accurate and meets industry standards.
Accounts Payable, end to end process
General Ledger Accounts reconciliations
Running daily errands to various suppliers in the local vicinity.
Provide exceptional customer services to internal & external clients.
Ensure that daily tasks are performed in a seamless and efficient manner.

The Skills required

Previous experience in a fast paced customer focused environment
Ability to be flexible and work to tight deadlines
Have strong work ethic and an eye for detail
Familiar at operating all MS Office to an advanced level
Ability to manage multiple projects and a proactive approach to achieving objectives
Be a champion of accountability
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to foster and develop strong personal relationships.
Selfmotivated with a willingness to learn.
Team Player, actively looking to support the team in every aspect.
