Recruiting for a Kiwi-owned Door Manufacturer client.


Our client is seeking a product administrator to develop a comprehensive understanding of our extensive range of products and to wsupport their continuing growth.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
responsible for generating and configuring customer orders in our ERP system for our residential and commercial projects teams.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including production, planning, projects, and sales to ensure the success of our business.


Responsibilities:


  • Generate and configure customer orders from commercial project schedules including any necessary modifications within our ERP system and submitted to our production planning team in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the generation and configuration of customer orders for our residential team including any necessary modifications within our ERP system.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather input and ensure alignment on product and project requirements, features, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and manage the prioritisation of work content and to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Hallmark Group product types including specialist products, fire, acoustic, and exterior doors, steel frames, and cavity sliders etc
  • Gain a strong knowledge and understanding of our ERP system and processes to assist in system development and growth.
  • Achieve weekly targets in relation to customer order generation and configuration.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field, preferred
  • 2+ years of experience with technological processes and systems (or a related field)
  • Familiarity with a wide range of ERP and technology systems
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
  • Analytical and datadriven with the ability to use data to support decision making
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Our client offers competitive compensation (pay rate could be negotiable depending on experience). Other benefits and growth opportunities within the company.


Salary:
$29.66 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Flexible hours

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Christchurch, Canterbury: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor Degree (preferred)

Experience:


  • ERP and/or other technological processes and systems: 3 years (required)

Language:


  • English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driver's License (required)

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (preferred)
  • Day Shift (preferred)
