The Opportunity:


  • We have an exciting opportunity for an intelligent, enthusiastic, selfstarter to work as part of our Data Support team. This is an important role which provides our business with up to date and accurate information, enabling our success in the market.
  • You will have responsibility for developing and maintaining data with exposure to different areas of the property industry and will work closely with the business gaining invaluable handson experience relevant to property qualifications.
  • Research occupancy and new development surveys
  • Data uploads and maintenance into company databases
  • Ensuring vacancy, building and tenancy information is kept to date
  • Data analysis and reporting using Excel and other systems
  • Providing adhoc assistance with other projects/tasks as required
  • This part time role will suit a tertiary student currently studying a property related degree and looking to position themselves long term within the commercial property industry. We are seeking students who will complete their degree no sooner than the end of the 2024 academic year.

About you:


  • Currently in your first, or second year of your property degree
  • The ability to learn rapidly and work as part of a team
  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to work hard
  • High level customer service skills and the maturity to work in a professional environment
  • Administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and the ability to extract and manipulate data
  • Superior written and verbal English communication skills
  • Interest in gaining exposure and building your knowledge of real estate and property markets
  • A full NZ driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work between 1020 hours per week during term time and fulltime during term breaks/holidays
