Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Warehouse Team based in Mangere.

As the Team Leader, you will report to the CFS & 3PL Manager and be responsible for supervising and leading the team to execute the company's manual handling of freight.

Hours of Operation Mon-Fri 7am - 5pm.

As Team Leader you will ensure:

A safe working environment is maintained
CFS leadership, administration and supervision of staff and workflow
Regulatory requirements including human resources, MHE, regulatory and facility are met and maintained
Productive and efficient CFS operations are delivered in accordance with business SOP's and KPI's
Upskilling and alignment of employees to meet business needs and changes, as required

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

3 years relevant work experience in warehouse environment and logistic industry
A strong customer focus
Must be computer literate and be able to pick up computer software programs easily
Be passionate in working towards deadlines and providing outstanding service to our customer base
Reliability and flexibility
