Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Warehouse Team based in Mangere.
As the Team Leader, you will report to the CFS & 3PL Manager and be responsible for supervising and leading the team to execute the company's manual handling of freight.
Hours of Operation Mon-Fri 7am - 5pm.As Team Leader you will ensure:
- A safe working environment is maintained
- CFS leadership, administration and supervision of staff and workflow
- Regulatory requirements including human resources, MHE, regulatory and facility are met and maintained
- Productive and efficient CFS operations are delivered in accordance with business SOP's and KPI's
- Upskilling and alignment of employees to meet business needs and changes, as required
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years relevant work experience in warehouse environment and logistic industry
- A strong customer focus
- Must be computer literate and be able to pick up computer software programs easily
- Be passionate in working towards deadlines and providing outstanding service to our customer base
- Reliability and flexibility
